The redeveloped 2026 Fluidity is Time's carbon endurance road bike, with a taller, more upright position than the Alpe d'Huez race bike. It is not the older Fluidity of 2014-15. One frame is shared by the frameset and every complete build (SRAM Rival, Force and Red AXS and XPLR, Shimano Ultegra and Dura-Ace). The fork has a long 383 mm axle-to-crown and Time quotes trail for a 40c tyre, so the frame takes wide rubber, but Time sells it as an endurance road bike. Time's published virtual top tube is 4 to 10 mm longer than reach and stack at the quoted seat angle would give.
