Ridley's top aero race frame, sold with the integrated Nimbus Aero cockpit and with clearance for tyres up to 34 mm actual width. Ridley publishes one seat angle, which reproduces the listed effective top tube. Ridley does not list fork offset in its geometry; the 45 mm figure comes from the fork description in the complete bike specification.
